This support includes the manufacturing, fabrication, remanufacture, overhaul, restoration, modification, technical support, calibration, repair and installation of all security systems.

We provide equipment installation design plans; equipment and system procurement; hardware and software support, installation, test and check out; facility modification to support new equipment and work stations; operations and maintenance services; on and off site training and training manuals; centralized system warranty administration; system maintenance and service; system operation; after action and casualty reports; as-built installation drawings; and a 24-hour help desk.

We work closely with the clients providing on-site support for shipboard systems including NTCSS, JMCIS, and other tactical and non-tactical deployed systems.

Tasking under these contracts includes management analysis, system analysis, security assistance, security training, ESS technical assistance, administrative support, maintenance support, and drafting support.

Engineering Installation and Technical Support Services including Integrated Voice Networks (IVN); Interior Communications Area Networks (ICAN); Integrated Voice Communications Systems (IVCS); telecommunications systems; microwave, wireless, and satellite communications systems and links to special shore station systems (inside/outside cable plant); antenna and RF distribution systems; multiplexer and demultiplexer systems; radio transmitter & receiver systems; computer integrated networks systems; digital switch systems; network management systems; command and control systems; intelligence and electronic warfare systems; and training systems.
