Operations & Maintenance

The first Alutiiq subsidiary was certified in the U.S. Small Business Development Program in April 2000. Alutiiq rapidly built an exceptional staff with enviable resumes and has been instrumental in the success of many projects of significance.

Alutiiq is involved in a joint venture on an 8(a) sole-source direct convert contract to provide civil engineering and base operating services at Kirtland Air Force Base (AFB) Albuquerque, New Mexico. Colonel Randie Strom commended the CMSJV team by stating that this transition was the best he had ever seen during his entire tenure with the Air Force. Contract performance includes base operating support services, housing maintenance, civil engineer services and logistic support services.

In another joint venture project, Alutiiq performs the warm-basing work at Fort Greely, Alaska, which includes task order specific facility operations, maintenance and repair. This is a rapidly growing project responsive to the needs of the Army.
