Alutiiq is the nation’s only Alaska Native 8(a) Tribal modular construction company, allowing Alutiiq to receive sole source contracts of unlimited size. Alutiiq has partnerships with leading providers of custom commercial modular buildings and fast track construction services to the U.S. Government. Alutiiq’s 8(a) status, coupled with our partnerships ensure a streamlined procurement process and quality products for our customers.

Alutiiq draws on the strength and experience of the Alutiiq family of companies and employees with capabilities in technology, site construction, logistics and security to provide our customers a comprehensive product. Alutiiq has offices throughout the U.S., and over 3,500 employees worldwide who are dedicated to customer service and developing quality products. In addition, Alutiiq has its own manufacturing facility located in Port MacKenzie, Alaska, which offers our experienced Project Managers strong hands-on knowledge of modular construction.

Alutiiq has the ability to develop partial to full turnkey construction in everything from simple portable buildings to highly complex permanent modular facilities, such as:

• Barracks/Military Dormitories: Full company sets featuring basic barrack open and split-bay designs as well as two and three-story dormitory facilities.
• Office Space: Office space ranging from 500 square feet to over 250,000 square feet.
