Alutiiq, as the prime contractor, operates the Flint/Genesee Job Corps Center, Detroit Job Corps Center, Northlands Job Corps Center, Westover Job Corps Center and Cleveland Job Corps Center, and is significantly involved as a subcontractor in the operation of two other Job Corps Centers (Tulsa and Pinellas). In addition, Alutiiq is responsible for 429 student arrivals in Oklahoma in connection with the operation of the Tulsa Job Corps Center, and provides Career Transition Services (placement) in the state of Virginia for 800 graduates and 75 non-completers.
Alutiiq supports Job Corps Centers nationwide to include the following:

Capacity 360, male/female to include non-resident students.- Special features: The Center operates a Day Care Center for 72 children and 30 students in conjunction with Head Start and Rainbow programs.
- Vocational offerings: Bricklaying, Carpentry, Painting, Office Administration, Computer Service Technician, Dental Assistant, Nurse Assistant, Security Officer, Retail Sales, Hospitality and other off center training programs to include Automotive Repair, Medical Assistant, and HVAC as well as, an Advance Career Training (college) program.
- Detroit Job Corps Center, Detroit, Michigan (Prime contractor) Capacity 340, male/female to include non-resident students. Vocational offerings: Health Occupations, Business Technologies, Computer Service Technician, Facilities Maintenance, Security Officer and various off-center and advance career training opportunities.

Outreach, Admissions and Career Transitional Services (Placement) Vergennes, Vermont: (in conjunction with our Northlands Job Corps Center contract)provides outreach and admissions for 150 student arrivals in the state of Vermont and Northeastern New York (Clinton, Essex and Franklin Counties) and provides Career Transition Services (placement) to 366 students in the state of Vermont.
Chicopee, Massachusetts: (in conjunction with our Westover Job Corps Center contract) provides outreach and admissions for 165 student arrivals in the state of Massachusetts in the County of Hampden, Towns of Holyoke, Chicopee and South Hadley.
Tulsa, Oklahoma: (in conjunction with our sub-contract at the Tulsa Job Corps Center): provides outreach and admissions for 429 student arrivals for the Tulsa and Treasure Lakes Job Corps Centers.
State of Virginia: (Sub-contract to Insights Training Group) Provides Career Transition Services (placement) to 875 students in the state of Virginia.
