Customers & Projects

U.S. Air Force

Alutiiq, with our joint venture partner, performs Base Engineering Services at Kirtland AFB, NM and Tinker AFB, OK.  We employ over 520 personnel to manage and execute the public works effort for these two major Air Force installations.  These projects focus primarily on facility and infrastructure support and engineering services.

Alutiiq's MEDAMP (Medical Asset Management Program) contract includes facility operating support services and medical equipment maintenance for all Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF) assigned to the Air Force Material Commany (AFMC).  We provide all work management, preventative maintenance, unscheduled repairs, subcontractor coordination and the acquisition and warehousing of materials and parts to support two hospitals, six clinics and a research laboratory.

Alutiiq delivers military family housing maintenance services for Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.  The operations performed for three housing areas include repair services, preventive maintenance inspections and management of change of occupancy maintenance.

U.S. Army

Alutiiq performs the facility maintenance and the janitorial services for the National Ground Intelligence Center (NGIC) in Charlottesvlle, VA.  Our work at NGIC involves preventive maintenance and service calls for operation and maintenance of large boiler and heating systems, cooling towers and air-conditioning systems.  Additionally, we manage the environmental control system and maintain the electrical infrastructure to include commercial power interface and the generators providing the backup power systems.  We also maintain the security alarm and access control systems for this Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).

Alutiiq is a partner in a joint venture to provide base operating support services for Fort Greely, AK.  Our team is responsible for the full spectrum of public works duties including facilities maintenance and repair, water/waste water plant operation and maintenance, roadway maintenance and repair, and grounds maintenance and snow removal.

U.S. Coast Guard

Alutiiq managed operations and maintenance of the world's largest Coast Guard Base on Kodiak Island in the Gulf of Alaska.  These services included facility and installed equipment maintenance, taxiway maintenance, snow removal, water/wastewater and central heat plant and distribution systems operations and maintenance, vehicle and equipment maintenance, and janitorial services.

U.S. Navy / U.S. Marine Corps

Alutiiq performs a variety of facility support services for the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) - Southwest.  Our Multiple Award Service Contract (MASC) supports various Navy and Marine Corps facilities in Arizona, California, Colorado, New Mexico, Nevada and Utah.  The projects within the MASC contract are issued by task order and include every conceivable facility operation and maintenance discipline.

Alutiiq maintains the U.S. Naval Hospital at Camp Pendleton (NHCP), CA.  Our technicians provide an aggressive preventive maintenance program to keep the hospital's systems running at peak efficiency.  We work closely with the Facilities Maintenance Manager and respond to all unscheduled service calls and work orders.
