Navy Inter-Service Supply Support Operations Program

The Logistics, Operations and Maintenance Division supports the United States Navy’s Inter-Service Supply Support Operations Program (ISSOP) contract.  For this massive contract, our skilled personnel provide warehousing, logistics, and administrative support services to the Navy nationally and overseas.  Alutiiq successfully manages operations of over one million square feet of warehouse space for the Navy and handles 600,000-700,000 line items per year with a staff of 500-600 individuals.

GSA LogWorld

Alutiiq’s GSA LogWorld contract staff comprises more than 200 labor categories and provides services in supply and value chain management, acquisition logistics, distribution and transportation logistics, deployment logistics, and logistics training services.  We receive GSA orders through direct award or via single or multiple blanket purchase agreements.

Naval Education and Training Commany N4

Alutiiq performs administrative, financial, and program management functions for the Naval Education and Training Command N4 Logistics Division, Pensacola, Florida.

Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren

Alutiiq LO&M supports the Naval Surface Warfare Center’s Dahlgren Division by providing administrative functions to the Mission and Programs at Combat Direction Systems Activity, located at Dam Neck, Virginia.

Army Corp of Engineering

We provide archeological services for the Regulatory Branch, Louisville District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. In this effort, Alutiiq’s support entails management of cultural resources as required by the National Historic Preservation Act, where proposed projects require a Department of the Army Permit.

Navy Swimming

Alutiiq Logistics group provides personnel, supervision, management, equipment, and materials to support remediation and physical build up of Naval Aircrew Candidate School, and Aviation Rescue Swimmer candidates for the Aviation Enlisted Aircrew School, Naval Aviation School Command, NAS Pensacola, Florida for USN Sailors, Marines, and Foreign Students.

Dive Motivation

We provide administrative support services for daily tracking of and periodic reporting of Dive Motivator candidate performance and status data and clerical support to the Dive Motivator Program at Recruit Training Command, Naval Station Great Lakes, North Chicago, Illinois.

U.S. Navy/U.S. Marine Corps

Alutiiq provides reliable and economically satisfying calibration, repair and measurement requirements for the Naval Warfare Surface Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), VA.  Our team's responsibilities include instrumentation inspections and development.  The project extends across multiple sites to include the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Indian Head and Tenant Activities, Coastal Systems Station in Panama City, Florida and other Government activities supported by NSWCDD.

Alutiiq administers Engineering Prototype Fabrication services for Naval Warfare Surface Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Virginia.  This unique effort encompasses model development, gauging and dimensional inspections, Computer Numerical Control and Lathe Operations and assembly and sub-assembly fabrication of prototype parts as directed by NSWCDD.

Nuclear Regulatory Commission

Alutiiq provides Logistics, warehouse, inventory control, relocation support and furniture set up for the NRC in the National Capital Region.  Alutiiq is currently supporting multiple moves scheduled to the December timeframe.

Logistics Bridge Contract - Classified Client

This Alutiiq contract supports a classified client with Senior Logistics planners (all TS/SCI cleared with polygraph) to access current logistics requirements and procedures and make recommendations for services to be outsourced, services that needed process reengineering, and core services that needed to be retained "in house".

Army Research Laboratory - Adelphi

For the U.S. Army Research Laboratory, Alutiiq provides warehouse management services, inventory control, shipping and receiving, property disposal, move support and classified waste disposal support.

Environmental Protection Agency

Alutiiq personnel support the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Region Six to provide world-class logistics support that can quickly deploy to devastated areas to provide base support services to EPA first responders.  Alutiiq is responsible for housing/accommodations, food services communications, medical, security, custodial and other support services.  Alutiiq's in-depth logistics experience has provided immediate capability to EPA on-scene coordinators (OSC's) and other federal officials, most recently in support on those affected by Hurricane Ike.

FEMA

Alutiiq's Logistics Readiness & Surge Contract provides "All Hazard" mission support and overall Logistics operational support to FEMA's Logistics Management & Disaster Operations Directorates.  The readiness areas supported are Fleet Management, Property Management Policy & Support, Distribution Center Support, HQ/Logistics Readiness Center/Total Asset Visibility (TAV), Watch Standers for the National Readiness Coordination Center (NRCC) and Mobile Emergency Response System (MERS) personnel.  Surge areas support FEMA's Temporary Housing Unit (THU) site support throughout the Gulf Coast: Selma, Alabama, Purvis, Mississippi, Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Hope, Arkansas sites which house, refurbish and deploy more than 80,000 Mobile Homes and Travel Trailers to support Disaster victims.  Alutiiq employees recently provided overall Logistics & operational support to FEMA's THU Sites and Distribution Centers in Ft. Worth, Texas, Atlanta, Georgia & Frederick, Maryland, during Hurricanes Gustav, Hanne & Ike.

Army National Guard MilCon

Alutiiq provides Facilities support with budget formulation, and on-site assessment of NGB facilities with Architects and Engineers.

Office of the Director of National Drug Policy

Alutiiq provides on-site copier management support to the ODNCP.

National Security Education Program

Alutiiq provides on-site support for NSEP's Language Flagship Training Program.  Alutiiq works with Senior NSEP officials to place language trained college students from their program within the Department of Defense and the Intelligence Community.  The Alutiiq Project Manager works with his contacts at the Department of Defense, State Department, CIA and others to place the students in these vital jobs throughout our National Security organizations.  Alutiiq also supports NSEP through contract administration, budget formulation, travel coordination, IT and HR support.

USAFCENT Postal Operations

Alutiiq provides full service postal support consisting of mail acceptance, delivery, and receipt and dispatching of mail to authorized personnel at United States Air Force (USAF) bases in Southwest Asia.  We are proud to serve the following locations: Al Dhafra, UAE, Manas, Kyrgyzstan, Ali Al Salem Kuwait and management support at NSA Bahrain, Bahrain.
