Three miles across the Knik Arm from the Port of Anchorage is the state's newest port, Port MacKenzie. At this site exists a plant specializing in building affordable, quality manufactured facilities. Alutiiq operates a production facility specializing in the construction of modular buildings that are built in a controlled environment where quality is monitored throughout all phases of production.
