Responsibilities:

 Environmental Health Inspections average 90% or above

 Reports fires and assists in suppressing fires

 Responds to and investigates Center intrusions.

 Controls disturbances and assists staff in deescalating volatile situations

 Ensures trainees’ civil rights are not violated

 Environmental Health Inspections average 90% or above

 Reports vehicle repair needs to supervisor

 Transport students as assigned

 Demonstrates helpful, responsible, and caring attitude

 Picks up and delivers material as directed

 Maintains accurate transportation logs

 Completes required security logs, documentation, and records accurately and on time

 Maintains timely and accurate vehicle and transportation logs and records

 Ensures proper, accurate and timely information is entered into the CIS system

 Develops and implements a productive work based learning program to include the development of student’s employability and social skills

 Explores innovative ways to incorporate Safety/Security into the academic, career technical, and leisure time learning program

 Establishes center wide events for trainees and staff that promote Safety and Security learning

Requirements:

 Valid Class “B” Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement and good driving record evidencing no moving violation for the previous three years. With possession of a Valid State Driver’s License, CDL may be waived if individual can obtain a valid CDL with Passenger Endorsement within ninety days of hire date.
