Manages, Monitors and maintains student accountability in the dormitories and during center sponsored activities. Supervises Residential Advisors, reports maintenance problems and employee student relations issues. Conducts regular dorm meetings, facilitates social skills training, reviews student progress, provides group and individual guidance, ensures students follow all policies related to the dormitories. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, Sociology, or related area Preferred, Associated Degree and two year of experience working with at-risk youth and hold a current Michigan driver's license.
